This was probably my favorite artwork that made this semester. I choose this one because I took a lot of time doing this project and it turned out really nice. I like how it displays variety, color, proportion, and much more. I like how it can be viewed from two different sides and see a whole new part of the artwork. If I got a chance to redo one of my artworks this would be the one. I dislike how it is simple and not unique. If I got to redo it I would change it all or add something to make it more interesting to look at. I maybe even would make the dots bigger so they would blend in together. On thing that I learned this semester in art was while doing this artwork. I learned that not everything works out or goes a planned and sometimes you have to make and use a plan B. One reason I learned this is because I had messed up measuring and made it to small but I tried again and it worked out great until it ran short at on spot. I made a plan B and added a little fabric to that particular spot. I also was going to sew the outfit together but it was not working after about the 15th try I gave up and hot glued it instead which turn our really good. I also was going to add hair and a face but running out of time I decided to make something of it's meaning without a face or hair. I can use this in life to keep going even when you fail because sometimes all it takes is a change in direction.
One thing I wish we could have tried out this semester is wood carving. I would have love to try that out and see what I could make out of it. I thought of this idea because I had fun using wooden popsicle stick and would have wanted to see what I could do with a block of wood.
